**1. Acceptance of Terms**
By accessing or using the Bull App streaming service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (T&C). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the service or use any services.

**2. Service Description**
Bull App provides a subscription-based streaming service that allows our members to watch movies and TV shows ("content") streamed over the Internet to certain Internet-connected TVs, computers, and other devices ("Bull App ready devices").

**3. Subscription**
a. Your Bull App membership will continue until terminated. To use the Bull App service you must have Internet access and a Bull App ready device, and provide a current, valid, accepted method of payment.
b. You can find specific details regarding your Bull App membership by visiting our website and clicking on the "Account" link.

**4. Billing and Cancellation**
a. The membership fee for the Bull App service and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service will be charged to your payment method on the specific billing date indicated on your "Account" page.
b. You can cancel your Bull App membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Bull App service through the end of your billing period.

**5. Bull App Service**
a. You must be 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your province, territory or country, to become a member of the Bull App service.
b. The Bull App service and any content viewed through our service are for your personal and non-commercial use only and may not be shared with individuals beyond your household.

**6. Intellectual Property Rights**
All content provided on Bull App is legally licensed or owned by Bull App or its content providers. All rights are reserved.

**7. User Conduct**
You agree not to archive, download, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, offer for sale, or use (except as explicitly authorized in these T&C) content and information contained on or obtained from or through the Bull App service.

**8. Disclaimers of Warranties and Limitations on Liability**
The Bull App service is provided "as is" and without warranty or condition. In particular, our service may not be uninterrupted or error-free. You waive all special, indirect and consequential damages against us.

**9. Governing Law**
These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the company is established.

**10. Changes to Terms of Use and Assignment**
Bull App may, from time to time, change these T&C. We will notify you at least 30 days before such changes apply to you. We may assign or transfer our agreement with you including our associated rights and obligations at any time.

**11. Electronic Communications**
By using the Bull App service, you consent to receiving electronic communications from Bull App relating to your account.
